Overview for Returns, Refunds and Order Cancellations.

When it comes to returns some people try to abuse the privilege of genuine returns. It is due to this happening we have had to adapt a hard stance on returns and refunds. When you place an order there are charges associated with orders and payments that are charged.

There is a 20% plus shipping  restocking fee on all returns. There is a 10% order cancelation charge for orders cancelled before they ship. So choose wisely do your home work, we are a manufacturing company who make and sell speed equipment. We are not a clothing store, jewellery store or a lending library, if you are buying from our website we would assume you are an adult and must take responsibility for your actions. Make sure what you are purchasing is going to work and understand that we deal in performance parts. Aussiespeed Performance Products are not original manufacturers of replacement parts and additional components or modifications maybe required to install the product you purchase.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 All Afterpay returns order cancellations:  AfterPay incorrect purchases are subject to a 10% minimum fee as they charge us a non refundable fee for giving you the privilege of using the AfterPay service. In addition, there is a restocking fee.

Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse without contacting us first.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Anything with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

PLEASE NOTE WE EXCHANGE/REPLACE FAULTY GOODS, NOT REFUND.

If you receive an item and the packaging or box looks damaged or beaten up please photograph the box before removing the part. Faulty goods or damaged goods are handled and not classified as a standard return. If the goods are damaged once you remove them from the packaging photograph the damage and send us pictures with an explanation. We want your buying experience and products you purchase to be a pleasurable experience and while all care is taken, things occasionally get damaged in transit. Once we receive the information and pictures we may ask for the item to be returned. If this is the case once we receive the item it will be inspected. We will contact you an  notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/credit.

If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days less any fees.

Sale items

Sale items and Special Buy in’s  WILL NOT be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should contact us first.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of shipping your purchase to you will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
