Australia runs on a total different time zone to the USA. This is the reason there will be a delay in response to questions and emails.

Depending whether your order is processed from the USA or Australia will depend on the time it takes to receive a tracking number. and when it is shipped

Orders processed in the USA have a delay to when the tracking number is sent through to us here in Australia. If you dont hear from us you can assume every thing is good and your order is being processed

We are more concerned about sending out your item and completing orders than sending you a tracking number. Unfortunately the current freight system we use in the USA does not send tracking numbers when your shipping label is created.
