Eric From Wisconsion USA Vintage racer Chevy 2 door Sedan
The Gold 2 door Chevy gasser style race car uses AussieSpeed valve cover spacers, Eric needed additional height to clear roller rockers so he could run his favorite valve covers on the small block Chevy powered Vintage racer.

Garys 225 Slant 6 Powered 1962 2 door Valiant
I just wanted to let you know that the 62 Valiant finally made it to the track. The racing season is just starting here, and we got a break in the weather. My long-term goal has been to make a slant six car that would go 100 MPH in the 1/4 mile. On the first pass (ever) with the new motor, the car ran 100 MPH @ 14.15 sec. After a couple break-in passes I raised the shift point, and the car ran a 101 MPH @ 13.79 sec. The quicker run at about the same MPH tells me that I need a little taller tire. I cross the finish line at about 5800 RPM, so 100 MPH is about the limit. I have a bunch of good parts in the 225 slant six race motor, but the hurricane 4 bbl intake plays a huge part. The irregular intake runners on most S-6 performance intakes really hold the motor back. I have just started tuning the car, so there is probably more power to be found. I wanted to let you know how much I like (love) the hurricane, and thank you again for all the help. I have been talking-up your Aussiespeed intakes, now I can back it up on the track. ... Gary V. Paul from Hawaii owns this neat Chevy pick up, Pauls little chevy v6 4.3 pickup does the show scene & can be seen out crusing. Paul purchased the AS0034 polished finned valve covers & a set of AussieSpeed 4.3L AS0037 pro street valve covers as he needed valve covers to clear his roller rockers & wanted a different look, he also added a custom look with ball milled fins for a complete custom look. Paul has sent pictures of his engine with both sets of valve covers fitted.

The final feature will include stickers/decals for the sponsors on the
glass and even more detail surrounding the buildup (in the written
feature). I did my very best to mention the names of the companies
and due to editing not everything was included in the final write up
for the chassis feature. Rest assured your company will get a ton of
exposure on this build as I will be taking it all around the U.S. to
show. Not only will the truck be featured for the cover of Mini
Truckin' Magazine but other magazines will be
featuring it as well (Truckin' Magazine, StreetSourceMag.com &
StreetTrucks).

(that you haven't already sent) or any particular sticker you want on

represent your company to the fullest!

1974 Slant 6 Powered Plymouth Scamp from Canada
Dave from Canada built the nitrous oxide injected 225 slant 6 powered Plymouth Scamp. The slant 6 runs an AS0024 slant 6 hurricane 4 barrel manifold Holley 465 vac carby, headers custom fabricated exhaust & a sniff of laughing gas. The car recieved a new paint job, a new set of wheels & the 2 door Plymouth is ready to roar, Dave loves the nitrous but his tyres hate it, Dave & the team at Black market motorsports restored the car & are located in Alberta Canada.

As the tired unrestored scamp sits awaiting the work to begin, new paint, new wheels, Aussiespeed hurricane manifold with a Holley 465, headers & a shot of nitrous oxide this slant 6 is gonna fry some rubber

After some hard work the Drag Wars 1973 Plymouth scamp is ready. During the build Dave sent us some pictures of installing the AussieSpeed AS0024 intake manifold to the 225 slant 6.

with the carb bolted to the manifold its time to start work.

with the AussieSpeed long runner intake manifold bolted to the 225 slant 6
